Head of AcademicsMilena leads our academic program from Early Education through High School. A Montessori-certified educator with over 15 years at Tip Toe Discovery, she is responsible for turning our pillars into daily practice: a curriculum that merges the BNCC with international standards, and a journey where every student is closely accompanied and builds autonomy year by year.
Gregory Hal Hoyl Jr.
Head of AdministrationGreg grew up alongside Tip Toe Discovery: he's part of the family that founded the school in 1997 and today leads its administration, finances and operations. Educated in schools in Brazil, the USA, and Canada, and with a career in technology that took him around the world, he brings a global perspective and a systems mindset to the role.
